• Work will not commence until a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed.

• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Revisions & Approvals

We offer a set number of design revisions as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order before work begins, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the progress of the project. Once design work has commenced, refunds are typically not available for services already rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. We make no warranties that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, project materials, and communications will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
